1:36pm 10-04-2008 Kevin L. Roberts: Hi there! My name is Kevin Roberts, and I live in Corvallis Oregon. In the past seven years, I was involved in an on the job injury that left my lower back very much in pain. I was currently very close to earning my Blue belt when the accident ocurred. So the scenario now is, that I am disabled, and have no longer been able to find studio, much less practiced since my injury. Yet, I keep in touch with websites online, and they spark a desire for me to get to feeling better so I can continue my quest to more learning of American Kenpo. I was however not of your "club," but I feel like this site has deepened a desire for me to do whatever it takes to finish what I set out to do seven years ago. Thanks for your wonderful webpage.

This one was by far the most grueling test I've ever been in (obviously). Not only was my knowledge tested, but my strength, endurance, stamina, heart and soul all went into effect.

Thank you Mr. Kongaika for sharing your knowledge and passing it down. I owe a huge appreciation and gratitude to you.

10:09pm 10-01-2008 Kongaika: Also wanted to CONGRATULATE those that went & represented MAX Dojo well at the "California Youth Karate Tournament".

Lots of Mr. Gomez students from Monrovia school placed 1st & 2nd. But the most important thing is that those who didn't place still performed very well.

Also Jacob Hayes from our Diamond Bar school took 1st place in freestyle fighting there..

Awesome!!
